1. Request Only
Submission of this form does not constitute a scheduled appointment, service contract, or guarantee of service. A representative from Los Backyard Boyz will review your request and contact you to discuss availability, pricing, and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Any pricing discussed prior to vehicle inspection is considered an estimate only. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, required parts, labor, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during inspection or service. Customers will be notified of any significant price changes before work proceeds.
3. Customer Information
You agree that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect service recommendations, scheduling, or pricing.
4. Parts & Modifications
Certain aftermarket modifications, custom installations, or customer-supplied parts may affect warranty eligibility, performance, or installation timelines. Los Backyard Boyz reserves the right to decline installation of parts deemed unsafe, incompatible, counterfeit, or of unknown origin.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at scheduling. Unclaimed vehicles left beyond 7 days after service completion may be subject to a storage fee.
6. Cancellations & Deposits
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable if a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made in advance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Liability
Los Backyard Boyz is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, manufacturer backorders, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, loss of use, or personal items left in the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables before drop-off.
